No not normally. However, when clients initially sign-up with us they usually have a large list of problems some of these are urgent problems that are required attention from us ASP because of this we will allow hours to roll over example lets say you sign-up for our one of our (Premium care plans) which gives you 4 hour per month of development time (minimum of three month sign up period) we will use all the 12 hours off your plan to fix your urgent problem if necessary, also you will given the option to buy additional discounted development hours to cover any other work that’s not really urgent.
